Bryan and his crew did an outstanding job on my new patio and fire pit. He told me it would be about 6 months before he would be able to start my project, but it was actually around 5. It was well worth the wait for him to start the project. He carefully reviewed the project with me before he and his crew began. They arrived exactly when he said they would and finished the project as proposed. Bryan and his crew were careful to respect my property with their equipment and tools and did a good job cleaning up their mess. The finished project is something my family and I will enjoy for many years to come. Bryan followed up several times to insure my satisfaction. Absolutely love the work Backyard Auburn did for us! They covered and extended our existing concrete patio with flagstone. Could not be more thrilled with our new patio. This was a project 2.5 years in the making. Bryan was super patient to wait until we were fully ready to go and the wait paid off for us. We called The Backyard to get an estimate on building a back patio and outdoor kitchen area. Bryan came right out and took the time to listen to what we wanted and gave us a great quote. We agreed on the price and were put on the waiting list. It was going to be a very long wait (appr. 6 months). We were ok with waiting, though, because we knew they were the best and it was winter time anyway. Much to my surprise, Bryan contacted us three months sooner than we expected! He called on a Monday and told me they'd be here Friday. They came right on time and finished exactly when they said they would (2 days). We now have the nicest looking front porch, front sidewalk, and pack patio in the neighborhood.
